True Botanicals
True Botanicals came to us looking for a new direction for their website. They were beginning to redirect the brand and wanted a partner who could understand their vision, and work together to have a high performing website. Working closely together with the Creative Director, UX Researcher, UX Designers, Project Managers and Developers, we worked on a full website redesign with an iterative approach. We established a new look and feel that complemented a new direction for the brand while creating an optimization program and several product initiatives.
After a full redesign, we continuously optimized the website with landing pages, a/b tests, and product quizzes to personalize the browsing experience. The redesign resulted in an increase in conversion rate from 4% to 6%. Additionally, we saw improvements in the average order value and revenue per customer, alongside a reduction in the homepage bounce rate.
